Sweet,timid Elsa is looking for just the right family to love and care for her. Elsa suffered abuse and neglect for her first 2 years before being confiscated on cruelty charges. She is now trying to over come her fear and mistrust of humans. She is a beautiful shepherd who deserves a beautiful future. While it will take time for her to gain confidence she is slowly making progress in her foster home. She gets along well with the other dogs and is beginning to play with them. She requires someone who has had experience working with fearful dogs , some one who is willing to take the necessary time and effort to bring her out of her shell.
